Commission Sam Watasa is the Executive Director of the Uganda Consumer Protection Association (UCPA). He is also the Chairperson of the Technical Petroleaum Committee under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development in Uganda and Commissioner of the East African Community Competition Authority. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Makere University and is a member pf the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom
