These instruments or guidelines were issued under the repealed COMESA Competition Regulations but continue to have legal effect pursuant to Regulation 82(3)(a) of the COMESA Competition and Consumer Protection Regulations, 2025. They remain applicable to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the 2025 Regulations and until they are amended or replaced.”
